Our stores are designed to work well in a variety of shopping centres and locations….and some of these locations can offer flexible trading times. Anywhere from 5 days a week to 7 days.

Full store set up with really low establishment costs:
Thailander stores range in size from 30m2 – 50m2 and establishment costs are only $210,000 - $320,000. This includes all franchise related fees, training and your store.
Despite our high quality fitouts and store finishes we are able to keep the establishment costs so low because we can usually negotiate significant fitout contributions from major landlords and, unlike many other franchise groups, we invest the full contribution in the store construction to save you a lot of money.
So as a Thailander franchisee you receive a vibrant looking Thai street style store with all construction and fitout completed, and you don’t have to pay $400,000 - $500,000 like some comparable franchised food businesses.
Fee structures that can save you thousands each year
Our franchise service fee (royalty) is only 6% of gross sales and our group marketing fee is only 2%, meaning we are up to 2% cheaper than many other franchises.
If your store is turning over $750,000 per year, that 2% saving translates to $15,000 extra for you.

We recognise the importance of brand strength and continuous activation promotions and touch points with our target market. This is why we are very active with social media and other marketing activities, all anchored around the Thai street food theme.
Our head office marketing team consists of a dedicated marketing manager supported by an external branding agency and a media and public relations agency so there is constant focus on marketing and helping you promote your business.

People from all backgrounds can be part of our franchise family as we provide all the training you need and you don’t even need a Chef. We teach you how to prepare and cook the food so it tastes authentic and looks fantastic.
